Intersection Concert 9.7.14: Meet the presenters – Richard Prince

09/04/2014

Meet the presenters: Richard Prince. Elder Richard is a long-time member of Immanuel. In real life he runs his own handyman business and is the proud father of Aric. Richard has been involved with Project Mercy for years and is the one who inspired us to join up with this great ministry. Quite a few of us have joined Richard on these home builds and always return inspired and joyful. (The next one is on Saturday, October 25, by the way.) Come meet Richard and hear why he is so passionate about Project Mercy at our event on Sunday, September 7. Don’t miss it!

Tijuana Home Building Trip: 5.19.12

04/17/2012

A group of about 3-4 churches has been going to Tijuana for just over ten years.  We work through an organization called Project Mercy.  Project Mercy screens families according to need, and then groups like ours drive down and work with the family to build them a house.  We donate the materials and labor, and we get to spend a day working alongside the family.  We go twice a year, spring and fall, and it is always an adventure.  The next trip will be on Saturday, May 19.  Contact Richard Prince (mrprince2u@gmail.com) for more information or to sign up.
